I am the Childcare and Education Training and Development Advisor supporting fourteen nurseries within a wide geographical area which includes the Midlands, Hampshire, Scotland and Wales.

I joined Asquith Nurseries in November 1994. Initially employed as a deputy manager, I was promoted to nursery manager and then senior manager prior to commencing my current role in March 2005.

After qualifying as a Nursery Nurse in 1984 I held a variety of child care positions, including Portage Home Visitor in Hampshire (March 1987- April 1990), Deputy Head of Care in a RNIB residential school for children with multiple and complex needs (April 1990- October 1992) and Residential Social Worker for the NCH from October 1992-November 1994.
